The audit at Fast Line Training Services was conducted in an open and honest manner, with all members of the organisation making themselves available to the auditor, as and when required. At the time of the audit, there were no non-conformances identified. The training facilities available at Fast Line Training Services are excellent. The training centre is an excellent learning environment, and all of the classrooms are designed to enable learning. All of the staff I have spoken to today were knowledgeable about the given subject matter and helpful in obtaining the information required.

Fast Line Training have always shown a very professional attitude with course administration and delivery. In the past, we have used several providers to deliver this training but Fast Line Training have shown to be the best provider we have used. I have received several emails from Duty Managers from the Emergency Response Unit praising the delivery style and the professionalism of Fast Line Training’s courses. Each and every trainer has shown outstanding commitment and flexibility in what has been a considerable challenge – and in some courses the challenges have been considerable but have nevertheless been ably and professionally managed.
