The Industry Common Induction-Network Rail/London Underground Test (ICI-LU) formerly known as an Entry Permit/LUCAS Card enables anybody wishing to work on the London Underground during Engineering hours and Network Rail Infrastructure projects. To work “on or near the line” on the Network Rail infrastructure you will need to successfully complete a Personal Track Safety Course (PTS) in addition to your ICI-LU test.

You can attend the Industry Common Induction-Network Rail/London Underground Test (ICI-LU) once you complete the eLearning module. You can complete the eLearning module at the centre or do it at home or the office, the final test must be completed at the training centre.

Employer/Sponsor:

Prior to attending the Industry Common Induction-Network Rail/London Underground Test (ICI-LU), you will need to be linked with an employer/sponsor who will set you up a Sentinel profile which generates the eLearning module.

To upgrade your Sentinel card to include the London Underground endorsement you can complete the LU declaration bring it to the centre with either your passport or driving license. The cost of upgrading to ICI-LU is £25+V.A.T
