The Safe System of Work Planner (SSOW Planner) enables you to create Safe Work Packs (SWP) for individuals or groups who are required to go on or near the line.

On successful completion of the SSOW Planner course, you are free to create SWP (Safe Work Packs) for anywhere on the Network Rail managed infrastructure including Infrastructure Projects, provided that you are being mentored by a competent Safe System of Work Planner. That is until you have completed your SSOW Planner Assessment, then you can created SWP's without being mentored.
