The Confined Space Entry+Attendant Duties Course enables you to enter a confined space in a variety of working environments at low to medium risk level. The attendant duties consist of setting up a safe system of work for entrants and implementing risk assessments and permits to work in a confined space.

 The confined space course enables you to gain certification and perform the duties of an:

  • Entrant into a confined space with escape breathing apparatus
  • Confined space attendant (Top Man)
  • Non-entry Rescue

On successful completion of the confined space course, you are competent to enter a confined space and carry out attendant duties on all industrial and construction sites, the Network Rail Managed Infrastructure, including Infrastructure Projects and London Underground (LUL).
